KOMATSU KVX GET SOLUTIONS

Extremely resistant bolt-on systems have gained acceptance all over the world. In recent years it has developed lots of products for excavators, wheel loaders and especially for mining machines.

In the KVX system the edge blade is mounted directly on the bucket via welding. Teeth attached on the edge blade are fixed via a special bolt system (KVX BOLT-ON TECHNOLOGY) and mounted into the bolt housing -which has been created on the blade beforehand- using a very high torque. Adapter is not used, the abraded material rate is extremely low and problems regarding to adapter use disappear in this system. In the traditional system, the teeth need replacing before the abrasion on the teeth reach to the adapter; but in the KVX system, you can use the teeth by turning them upside down until they are depleted.

In this system, the teeth are mounted to the bucket's surface which is in contact with the ground from the underside. KVX has made a breakthrough with this feature which any other GET system does not have.

KVX system can be used in all loaders and excavators no matter what their brands are. The world-famous Sagitta steel, which contains a special alloy and is composed of a mixture of some special elements, is unrivaled in terms of "hardness" and "resistance". It is produced with a special hardening process and is extremely hard and abrasion-resistant. The harness of the Sagitta steel is 500-600 Brinel. All KVX products are manufactured with rolled forging and casting technologies and performance of each product is optimised.
